For live-streaming … it’s instant!

For the ceremony and speeches coverage that we offer, we find that raw footage is not usually necessary. However, if you absolutely feel that you need it we’ll be happy to provide a quote for raw footage.
We use and recommend streaming to a private YouTube link which we embed on a private page on our website. A week before your wedding, we will set up the page and send you a link to distribute to your family and friends. This page is only accessible to people who have the link.
We can also stream to our Facebook page, which is a more public option.

We take every precaution to ensure that we have the best chance of a successful live stream, however we are still at the mercy of the available internet in the area. Some locations are ‘dead spots’ for internet through all carriers. If this happens, we still record the stream and will upload it as soon as possible following the ceremony.
Live streaming takes longer to set up and to pack down than regular video (without streaming). We may need early access to your wedding location for set up and access afterwards for pack down.
Music – can create an issue for the recorded version of your live-stream. If copyrighted music is identified within your live-stream, YouTube may mute the ‘offending’ section of the video. This issue can also delay the posting of the live-stream after the event. This issue does not usually interfere with the live-stream at the time of streaming.
